No, it's not. But once automatic UserBase wiki -> DocBook conversation needs to take 
place, becoming part of KDE (KDE=the project, not the Software Compilation) is (AFAIK at 
least) unavoidable.

Yes. KDE's workflow has integrated Gitorious.org when it was still considered that it'll 
move there at some point but SF.net never was considered and benefits of all automatising 
is not available there.


Btw: KDE hosts its own ReviewBoard <http://www.reviewboard.org/screenshots/> installation. 
AFAIK it's not yet integrated with git.kde.org but I found ReviewBoard pretty awesome.


I'm in no way an expert. I just recently became official team member of K3b and I'm still 
finding my way around KDE.
The details would be needed to be negotiated such as giving all current translators 
SVN/git access to let them continue their work.
