Right, that doesn't seem to be the right file ;) Anyway both icon files
(hi16 and ox16) are identical, so you juste have to rename the ox16 file to
hi16.
I also didn't test Overwrite mode and 'insert zone', actually because I have
never used those features so I forgot to test. I'll have a look into those
issues later on today.
