Curious, in the past there was a version 5:0.5+svn20090906-0.0 of ffmpeg
on your mirror (notice the 5 period instead of 4 in debian and actual
what I get with a deb-multimedia mirror).
With this version there were several problems and users also reported,
that it worked again, if they downgrade from deb-multimedia ffmpeg to
debian ffmpeg, see:

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=545423
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=542864
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=503868
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=482894
and so on...

Yeah maybe this is fixed now with your 4:* packages, but how could users
upgrade? 5:* is any time higher (which is the old version) than 4:*.

But hmm, on your page there is still 5: listed:
http://debian-multimedia.org/dists/unstable/main/binary-i386/package/ffmpeg.php

But I tried out now five different mirrors and everyone just give me the
4: version?

It depends from user to user if it is useless or not without these encoders.
