[Kdenlive-devel] [PATCH] adapt to MLT extreme makeover

Here is a patch I made somewhat quickly to test kdenlive with the
pending MLT extreme makeover:

* there were a number of text encoding changes caused by my editor,
qtcreator. not sure what's going on there :-/
* I went for a thorough change include identifer names and comments to
make future code maintenance clearer
* I think kdenlivedoc.cpp needs scrutiny. I tried not to change much
in the doc converter. Maybe another doc version and converter is in
order?
* I think you can simply the CMake build now to use pkg-config mlt++
and not even worry about mlt-framework.
* westleypreview.{h,cpp} should be renamed, but I refrained for now.
