Do not. Neither MLT or kdenlive depends on yasm.

I understood, but I am just relaying that 64 bit works for me, and it
might be something related to Fedora's build options or dependent libs
or something.

BTW, I have committed a change in MLT to add /usr/lib64/frei0r-1 to
the plugin path.
