Actually, I think kdevelop for KDE3 is very nice, but e.g. the debugger only 
supports (without any effort from the user) the qt3 datastructures "natively". 
E.g, the displaying of the value of a qt3 qstring "works", whereas it does not 
for qt4.

Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the 
country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the
