[Kdenlive-devel] white balance

It would be nice if any team members would try out my new white
balance frei0r plugin! It is called balanc0r. The bits to make it work
in MLT and kdenlive already exists. The main frei0r git tree has not
yet merged it, but you can get it from my git repo:
