No. Maybe you have a broken profile file around...
Please check in the following folders: 

1) $HOME/.kde/share/apps/kdenlive/export/
(replace .kde by .kde4 if necessary)

and 

also in your kdenlive install directory, in:
2) /share/apps/kdenlive/export

In 1), you should have a file called customprofiles.xml if you did define some 
manual profiles. You can delete it if you didn't create important profiles

in 2) you should have a file called profiles.xml that defines the default 
export profiles. You can try to remove it and reinstall kdenlive to see if it 
is correctly installed...
