I can confirm.

I've tried mixing 4/3 dv files + 16:9 dvd files (yes, coming from a dvd, not DV files), and the dvd files are shrinked badly.

I should have reported this earlier but i've tried to workaround this using ffmpeg in command line.

If you need more input for tests, just tell me.
