Thx. It wasnt a format issue but i need to install kdelibs4 from  
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/UNSTABLE:/Desktop/openSUSE_10.3

Now i get a lot of MLT issues. I think i need svn-mlt instead of mlt-0.2.2. 
Do you have a build-script like kdenlive_builder for curren kde4 version?
