Kdenlives needs a lot of dependencies i do not think are all available for 
windows. For example FFmpeg can run on windows, but not MLT which is a 
requirement for Kdenlive.

For kdenlive itself it should compile and run on windows as an interface only 
not being able to even load a single file!
