[Kdenlive-devel] Access rules to the books and user manual

Dear friends,

Some simplification:

* Any registered user on Kdenlive web site can now modify any page of
Kdenlive User Manual. But not delete pages. The user manual works like a
wiki. 

I will try to tune access settings and maybe design a simplified page in
the next days. Also we need to change the CSS to display code and
comments in a nice manner.

* Member with documentation writer priviledge are granted full
read/write/delete rights on book pages.
