I just went through the bug tracker, shortcut config and the forums. While 
there have been a lot of keyboard shortcut requests, almost all of them have 
been implemented (eg render shortcut, ctrl+/- for zoom in/out, I/O for in/out 
points).

Here's a list of what's left, with bug numbers and suggestions where they
