[Kdenlive-devel] video scaling options

When I used kino, there were video size options of 50% and 100%.  Can
kdenlive have options like this?

Obviously this can't always be exactly true since a lot of video source
doesn't have square pixels, but for the PAL DV that I use (720x576), an
option of 576 tall would be quite handy.
