I'm allways on the latest kde environment!

But there's a "3.5.6-45" on the repos, i will try with this

I did "make uninstall" from the svn dir of ffmpeg before installing the
ffmpeg's rpms from the repos, but i'v to check it...

it works but the quality is lower than plaing the same clip with ffplay

There's someting in the air telling me that troubles come from my "savage"
video chipset:
S3 Inc. VT8375 [ProSavage8 KM266/KL266]
I will try at home with an Nvidia on a similar environment, don't worry about
this before i try, i'm sure you have a lot more to do!
P.S.
Compiling kdenlive with --enable-debug=yes does not report any difference from
the default enable-debug witch is off. That's anoter thing pointing me to a
problem not related to kdenlive. i will try with --enable-debug=full
