Well... i'm now on a umts connection so i can't upload those files. I'll make
a folder on my webserver next weekend.

What i can say is that those videos are produced by premiere 7 from a sony
cam. They have .avi extensions and kdenlive doesn't like them.

I tryed to convert them with "transcode -i file.avi -o output.mp4 -y ffmpeg -F
mpeg4" I assumed that without adding anything else to command line transocde
will use default settings. kdenlive imported the first video i tried with
this conversion but not the second wich was created also with premiere but
5':45'' instead od 1':??'' which was the lenght of the firs file. Sorry if my
explanation is a mess. How can i give you more infos bout video formats? all
files from all steps above played well vith ffplay and inigo...

It's sure that make kdenlive understanding all video wolud be better but just
untill this is achieved you can try this option to help users adding theyr
videos to projects...
