I contacted the Czech team. They show me this: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/Packages/Candidates where KDEnlive is. They will discuss it with Ubuntu team on IRC. Jirka (GeBu) > I think, that best way is to contact Ubuntu team. I will try it through Czech Ubuntu community.
