[Kdenlive-devel] weird behavior

Whenever I try to create a file in NTSC, Kdenlive goes bonkers and is 
unusable. The timeline gets out of sync with the cursor and I can't select 
and move clips without them changing shape, size, and position on me. I 
just have to shut it down and hope that the next time I open it, it's 
better... unfortunately, it never gets better.
I have to do all of my work in PAL. 
Any clues as to why this is happening?
