With Audio and Video being (optionally) separate/detached (which is a good
thing), there can be loss of sync when one gets moved.  For example, say I
want to use the 1min audio from one clip and some partial video from many
clips; some of this audio has to still line up with its original video, when
that video being shown.

I would like to see an "anchor" to connect audio points to video points, to
help prevent this unsyncing.  Is this possible to add?  The audio and video
could be detached and edited separately, but still lock into the needed
location.
