MLT++ is a module in MLT's cvs. To get it:

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at mlt.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/mlt login
(press enter when prompted for password)

to get mlt:
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at mlt.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/mlt co -P mlt
to get mlt++:
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at mlt.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/mlt co -P mlt++
