[Kdenlive-devel] DV format export (avi support)

Following Dan's tip, I now added the DV type 2 format in Kdenlive's export 
formats (It is called AVI DV). I also renamed all export formats with more 
friendly names.

Please test it & let me know if the files are compliant.
Update your svn & as new files were added, you need to do:
make -f Makefile.cvs
./configure
make
