synchronisation system based on the time code - sync between 
two tracks, with time code offset

in the same thing, building a fake video track with an audio 
track on wich is added a time code should also be a very 
usefull thing, to have syn kept when using only little parts 
of a track (one will build time code on the entire track, 
then cuting pieces will keep the time)
