[Kdenlive-devel] Problem compiling from svn

I have installed all libraries descried in kdenlive web, but when I run
make -f Makefile.cvs
I get the next error:
./admin/cvs.sh: line 33: --version: command not found
*** AUTOCONF NOT FOUND
***kde requires autoconf 2.53 or newer
make[1]: ***[cvs] Error 1
make: ***[all] Error 2

It seems autoconf it not installed, but it's already installed (version 
2.60).
whereis autoconf returns:
/usr/bin/autoconf
/usr/X11R6/bin/autoconf
/usr/bin/X11/autoconf
/usr/share/autoconf
usr/share/man/man1/autoconf.1.gz

I will thank any help.
