[Kdenlive-devel] kubuntu package

yeah finally an u/kubuntu package! I 've been waiting for one of those
to pop up.
I have to say I disagree that having a kdenlive 0.3 package would be
bad publicity - there are no repos or packages for kubutnu at the
moment and thus no publicity what soever, Also the klick version
doesn't run properly on kubuntu - you can't save.

I've only been able to get 0.2 (which really is bad publicity) to work
on anything other than debian before (rather then muck around with svn
i tend to be lazy and just try it in a different virtual machine).

so yeah to 0.3 packages and double yeah to 0.4 packages.
