Hello

Put a text clip on track A, then put a video clip to track B.
Make a transition from A to B.
Then apply a filter (for example, brightness) to the text clip.
Tool widget of brightness filter will close the transition mark on trackboard.

May be it will be more useful to show filter control a front of track, not below it?
