Dear Rolf,

This sript creates a debian/ forlder suitable to build a package. In a few 
days, when we have more feedback from the Debian community, it would be nice 
to commit the resulting debian/ folder to CVS. Then, maybe we could add a 
make debian-release target and automate building.

Also, Ruslan Popov <radz at yandex.ru> and myself are planning to add more ffmpeg 
support in Piave.

Basically, we would like to be able to open every stream and play the video in 
Kdenlive. Our knowledge in video streams is very low, we are learning. Do you 
have any usefull information about ffmpeg support in Piave? Do you think it 
is possible to add ffmpeg support quickly?

Can we contact you on Kdenlive mailing list to make things easier?

P.S. If you are trying ffmpeg, use the latest CVS version, all other 
libavcodec releases are buggy.
