[Kdenlive-devel] new veml

Hi Jason,

I made the modifications for the modified VEML syntax. The following examples 
work (as in current CVS HEAD):
  single_file.veml
  single_file_2.veml
  invert.veml
  textmaster.veml

This should be enough for you to test the effects in kdenlive, right?
Note that piave reports the capabilities (i.e. the paramerters etc.) ot the 
effects. try './utils/plistplugins' and look at the invert and textmaster 
effects. The syntax is not yet correct, but I want to hear your opinion 
before finishing that stuff.

I didn't commit because of possible necessary bugfixes for the 0.2.4 series.

I am also implementing a video scaler and a new VEML command "snapShot" (It's 
not yet working, I just want to warn you). This will write a scaled image in 
RGB format to a file (or pipe). I hate these empty bars in the timeline. I 
want to see a few pictures of what I am dragging around ;-)
