Yes, the question is how to transport the frame from piave to kdenlive. It's 
not trivial since they are two seperate processes. Possible solutions I can 
think of are 
1) shared memory
2) pipes
3) link kdenlive agains libpiave

hmm.. opening/closing/reading/writing files is probably too slow.


Ina any of the mentioned cases (except 3) we need to define a common picture 
format so that kdenlive can understand what piave is saying.
