[Kdenlive-devel] NullCutter

Hi,

I am putting together a "null" cutter/engine - i.e. a cutter that has no video 
editing capabilities, but which will act as a proof-of-concept for the 
integration of a fully capable but stand-alone cutter into the GUI.

I will give a few more details once I have written a little more code and 
uploaded it - expect something on Saturday.
