[Kdenlive-devel] Cutting List Specification Version 0.04

Hi,

I have now uploaded Cutting list Specification Version 0.04 to the web. There 
is about a pageworth of stuff at the beginning marked "For Discussion", which 
is points throughout it where I was unsure as to how things should be done, 
and which we should, well, discuss :)

It should be available here in Open Office format, and Open-Office generated 
html format :
