I can confirm that - this happens since 4.0.65 (if i'm not mistaken).
This will happen if you have any removable media (except CD/DVD drives) that is
not in it's place. For example, if you have multicardreader - most probably
that it's empty or only 1 or 2 cards are plugged into it simultaneously. So, if
you "Safely remove" the device the error won't appear any more.
Having 4 slots for memory cards leads to 4 such errors in a row, which almost
always causes a crash of an application.
