The systemsettings module is just used for global settings (with the exception
of displaying Access Control). It's not meant to interact with the KDE Wallet
Daemon. The only program that's supposed to be used for managing the single
wallets is the KDE Wallet Manager. I'm sorry, but this is by design and won't
be changed.
