I was receiving the same error message, except when I click OK, it doesn't
'crash kde', but just runs yakuake.  

I found that when going into the launcher's properties, and disabling DBUS
registration, the error went away.

This behavior started at the same time I changed my grub setting to acpi=off. 
I had added this setting because Ubuntu was having trouble seeing the PATA
drive (primary is SATA) with acpi turned on.
