Happens here to. KDE 4.1.2

Steps to reproduce it:

1- Change file association of (fro example) .cpp to kate.
2- Make sure you use the option --use when launching kate (in order to reuse
the open session, if any).
3- Open a .cpp. Everything goes right.
4- Open another .cpp. Kate opens the file in the current session but the
"KDEInit could not launch <program>" message appears anyway.

This keeps happening everytime you repeat step 4.

The same exact thing happens with ktorrent.
