I isolated the bug: If I remove the lines

mute=Meta+M,Meta+M,Stummschaltung
muteVolume=Meta+M,Meta+M,Mute Volume
next=Meta+B,Meta+B,
nextTrack=Meta+B,Meta+B,
play-pause=Meta+C,Meta+C,Play/Pause
play_pause=Meta+C,Meta+C,Wiedergabe/Pause
playlist_add=Meta+A,Meta+A,Medien &hinzufügen ...
prev=Meta+Z,Meta+Z,&Zurück
previousTrack=Meta+Z,Meta+Z,Previous Track


from the [amarok] section in .kde4/share/config/kglobalshortcutsrc kded4 starts
just fine. Hope this helps.
