Yes, it has been fixed in svn. The default behavior now is that when you click
a file, its name is inserted in the location field and the dialog doesn't
close, even if you are working with single click mode. I am not sure who and
when fixed that, but I tested it with svn a few days ago and it was fine.

PS: the same however applies now for the open file dialog, which was is not so
expected, but at least the save as dialog works correctly :)
