In Kontact I have just split out the .setdlg files into multiple files, and noticed in doing so that when several groups specified in these files have the same weight they are rendered at the same position in the treeview.

To reproduce: in kdepim/kontact/plugins/*, edit some of the .setdlg files so that they have the same Weight, make install, start kontact, look at the components tree for both components.  (Use sth like kmail and kaddressbook, because some of the other Groups have no KCMs yet and thus do not show at all).
