SVN commit 808587 by uwolfer:

Improve performance of KDialog:
-> Do queued layouting.

Also try to reduce layouting everywhere in KDialog (for example when setting already active mainwindow again, ...) and other small improvements.

This also fixes an issue with setting minimumSize.
