save/open dialog: no scroll-to-file on paste

Find dir with a lot of files.
touch xxx.xxx
copy text xxx.xxx
run kate
save-as
go to the dir mentioned above
start typing xx
note the scroll to the file xxx.xxx
close
save-as again
this time paste --> no scroll
