Summary: Open file dialog doesn't respect mouse double click
                    setting
           Product: kdelibs
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdelibs-bugs kde org
        ReportedBy: wolters.liste gmx net

Version: (using KDE 4.1.0)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

I set my system to double-click mode. Yet, when I use the "open file" dialog for example in kate or in Gwenview the new file is loaded as soon as I click on the file.

What I expected:
The file should be marked, but not loaded until I press return, click the Ok button or double-click the file.

What actually happened:
The file was loaded immediately. This is even more annoying in programs like kate where you often want to load sets of files.

How to reproduce:
1. Set your system to double-click.
2. Launch a program with a "file open" dialog.
3. Pick a file in this dialog with the mouse.
