Using KDE 4.1.00 (KDE 4.1.0) (KDEmod) in ArchLinux i686:

In SystemSettings I see the clear button a bit misplaced to the bottom. (see screenshot)
In Dolphin it's totally centered.
In Kopete the clear button is positioned like in SystemSetting

Can you test with 4.1 ?
