In all the KDE apps I've tried on MS Windows, clicking the [Launch Bug Report Wizard] from the Help > Report Bug... dialog does nothing.

I don't see any error message in DebugView or any obvious failure in Process Monitor.  Note that I do have a konqueror.exe that works fairly well, and even its [Launch Bug Report Wizard] button does nothing.
