Ok, but the point is that the default *has* changed, so it could sound rude but "text edit" mode is a second class citizen now, so if someone is using it, she should conform with back/forward or with the backspace as a known hidden shortcut. Or at least consider it for the sake of coherency with Dolphin (which, again, it's the default now).

About remote refresh problem, ok, you've got a point... although I think people with problems could just go backward/forward, the button can "survive" :) maybe hidden in the tools button?
