I founded that opening http:// or ftp:// get "Unknown error", but smb:// works!
And if I open one of my smb:// resources in Konqueror first of all, the http:// and ftp:// begining to work in other new Konqueror tabs and windows.

I couldn't explain this, but (may be) this information will be useful.
