Same thing with the Fedora 9 KDE 4.1.0 packages. One time I managed to make the
toolbar go crazy: The "HTML toolbar" in konqueror once again moved to the lower
right under the "Location" bar. I moved it back next to the download manager.

After that the toolbar showed up in every KDE program I switched too. WTF?!
Unfortunately I didn't take a screenshot, but it looked really funny to see the
HTML toolbar directly on the white background of the "konsole" window. If I
tried to click or move it, the toolbar window disappeared, but came back when I
switched applications again. Never seen something like that before :-)
