[Bug 155498] Progress dialog would look nicer showing "1:49 minutes remaining" (range 0-59 for seconds) rather than "1.94 minutes remaining" (range 0-99 as a percentage of the second 60 seconds)

This will be fixed for 4.2.0 as Urs said, not 4.1.x though.
