In the mentioned dialog, I no longer can see the icon I clicked on as selected.
When I select it, I see that it is drawn as selected but one I release the mouse button, it is drawn as unselected.

When I start a drag operation and release the button a few pixels beside the original position, the icon I clicked on is drawn correctly as selected.
