Same link errors in on a RHEL3 system (gcc-3.2.3) ->

kcontrol/ebrowsing/plugins/shorturi
kcontrol/ebrowsing/plugins/localdomain

The fix is similar to that for bug 152034. In general, all the "*_la_LINK" variables in the Makefiles may need to include $(AM_LDFLAGS).
