This is about CTRL + mouse wheel, and SHIFT + mouse wheel, that I use in many graphical applications.

I saw this bug on all applications above : (tested and working on other systems)
firefox, gimp, inkscape, openoffice, konqueror

Instead of a zoom, I only get a "basic" scroll

I suppose that it is the same for all applications, I never saw the combination working under my 2008.0 system. That's why I think it comes from KDE.

What is surprising, is that it is working well in my emulated OS (Kubuntu and Windows XP on Virtualbox)
