Pairing not working from windows 10 to iphone 13 pro

The title is pretty explanatory itself. I'd like to know what the main
reasons could be, since bluetooth is ok, wifi is ok, the original app was
downloaded on each devices correctly, yet both of them don't display any
pairing possibilities.
i'll wait for an answer.
